Gift Vouchers
Pacific Fair gift vouchers are available 7 days a week from the Arcade Customer Service Desk, level 1 opposite Jacqui E, with EFTPOS* facilities now available.
Gift vouchers are available in denominations of $10, $20 and $50.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed from participating stores and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
*For use with debit cards only, no credit card facility available. No cash out option available

Electric scooters - available to customers who book 24 hours in advance

Disabled toilets - located at the bus interchange, Westside and Upper and Lower level arcade.

Parent Facilities
Parents Rooms / Mother's Room
Location: Upper and Lower Level Arcade, Westside Food Court and Bus Interchange
Including: Complete baby changing facilities.
Parking
Pacific Fair has parking for over 5,500 cars (more than 3,000 of them are undercover) with convenient road access from the Gold Coast Highway, Hooker Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard. Drivers with disabilities, parnets with prams and seniors are well catered for with special clearly marked car parks available at all entrances.
Justice of the Peace Service
OUR JUSTICE OF THE PEACE ARE CURRENTLY ON THEIR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS AND WILL RETURN TO SERVICE ON TUESDAY 20 JANUARY 2009.
A qualified JP is in attendance at Pacific Fair every* Tuesday and Thursday from 11am - 1pm, located on the upper level Arcade outside Rebel Sport. This is a free service, bookings are not required.
